Wahoo Public Schools is seeking a Technology Helpdesk Technician to provide frontline technical support for staff and student technology software across the district. This role supports Apple devices, classroom technology, and district software systems while assisting the Head of Technology in maintaining reliable technology services for teaching and learning.
Qualifications include: Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, experience supporting Apple devices, familiarity with Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365, basic understanding of mobile device management, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
